The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, timeliness or suitability of any content, fund data, NAV information, third-party analytics or research displayed on the Platform. Any reliance placed by the User on the Platform or its content is strictly at the User's own risk.

1. The Platform is not a registered investment advisor, portfolio manager, stock broker or depository participant, and does not replace consultation with qualified financial professionals or SEBI-registered advisors.

• The Platform does not guarantee or assure any returns, capital appreciation or income from mutual fund investments.
• Investment decisions are taken solely by the User based on their own judgment, risk appetite and financial circumstances.
• The Company does not assume responsibility for the suitability, appropriateness or performance of any mutual fund scheme for any individual User.
• Tax implications of mutual fund investments vary based on scheme type, holding period and individual tax status. Users should consult a qualified tax advisor.

Regular Plan & Commission Disclosure

Where mutual fund transactions are facilitated through the Platform in the capacity of a registered Mutual Fund Distributor holding a valid AMFI Registration Number (ARN), it is hereby disclosed that investments are made under Regular Plans of mutual fund schemes, which involve payment of commission to the distributor in accordance with applicable SEBI and AMFI regulations.

The Platform clearly identifies scheme categorisation at the point of investment, and by proceeding with any transaction, the User acknowledges and accepts the same.

No Custody or Control of Funds

The Platform does not collect, hold, control or process investor monies or securities at any stage. All monies and investments are processed directly through SEBI/AMFI registered intermediaries, registrars, payment gateways and mutual fund houses.

Third-Party Content & Data Disclaimer

Content, data, analytics, ratings, research and fund information sourced from third-party providers, including mutual fund registrars, AMFI, MFU and research agencies, are provided on an "as is" basis. The Platform does not independently verify, endorse or warrant the accuracy, completeness or reliability of such third-party content.

The Platform may contain links, references or integrations to external websites, tools or services. The Company shall not be responsible for the content, availability, accuracy or practices of any third-party platforms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, investment losses, market losses or capital erosion, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
